Take all the pain away,

And leave me the joys of never hearing you speak till I die.

Take all the joy and laughter you gifted my everyday,

And leave behind the bittersweet thoughts never again feeling the warmth of your hands when I'm broken and these tears choose to cry.

Take it away, I beg you, take it all from me.

Take all the feelings of safety i felt through all the nights i spent in your bed,

And leave me all the smiles and laughter we shared with every joke you cracked.

Take all the tears and fears i feel when i'm reminded that yours is now stewarding the ground in which you are laid,

And grant the thought of believing heaven is where your presence is held and forever marked.

Please silence the voices that constantly remind me you're no more with every message of may he rest in peace,

And grant me the feeling of freedom and joy knowing you not only sit in the presence of the creator but he receives you as he’s.
